Can you reconnect to my computer after my repair session is over?
No. Not until you authorize another repair session and a secure access code is generated. When you use our service you will be prompted to give our support team the generated access code from our software, allowing your desktop to be shared. The application permits interaction with your computer. When you close this application, it is your choice to leave the program intact for future repairs, or our support technician will guide you through a simple removal process.
